Chipotle Lovers...Look No Further...30 minute meal
If you love chipotle like we do then you need to check this out! I have been trying to re-create some chipotle menu items. This one is pretty tasty and quick! It tastes like a combo of chipotle chicken with chipotle hot salsa. Caution: This is pretty spicy so put some chicken on the side first for the kiddos!
BTW...the chicken is BOGO at Publix Supermarkets this week ;)

Black Dagger Brotherhood
I just have to say I am in love with these Black Dagger Brotherhood books
by JR Ward. I was turned onto them by my friend, Kristen.
I read all seven of them in a flash. And in a flash I mean like a little over a week. I told some other friends about them and they are hooked too!
I am waiting patiently for the eighth book, Lover Mine
, to come out April 27th. I mean look at this cover...how could you not want to read this!
If you are a Twilight fan, then you will love these. It is what Twilight was missing! Trust me!!

Girl Power: Converse Makeover Part 1
Start with a pair of converse sneakers...new or cleaned up hand me downs.
Place a dab of glue and rhinestones onto separate plates.
Using a toothpick apply small dots of glue to front of sneakers in a row. It is best to work two to three rows at a time.
Using the tweezers grasp and apply the rhinestones to your sneaker pressing firmly to attach.
Keep following the glue and apply technique until the entire front of sneaker is covered in rhinestones.

Just in Time for Easter...Hard Cooked Eggs
I always mess up hard cooked eggs so I did a little research! Here you go...just in time for easter!
1) Gently put eggs into pot large enough to hold them in single layer. Cover with cold water to cover eggs by 1 inch. HEAT over high heat just to boiling.
Step 2
REMOVE from burner. COVER pan. LET EGGS STAND in hot water about 15 minutes for large eggs (12 minutes for medium eggs; 18 minutes for extra large).
Step 3
DRAIN immediately and serve warm. OR, cool completely under cold running water or in bowl of ice water, then REFRIGERATE.

Pictures to come! I'm doing some serious baking and sewing today and tomorrow! But on the bright side there will be lots of future posts ;)
